We spent a lovely couple of days. The cottage is great and the view is very pleasant and relaxing. Checking in (and out) was very comfortable. The house was extremely clean and spotless. There was a lovely cake on arrival. Eleri was very proactive and responsive. We weren't lacking for anything at all. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to get away from the hustle and bustle. It was a very pleasant experience on the Welsh countryside.l

Had a lovely 3 night break with partner and 4 kids aged 23, 13, 10 and 2 over NYE 2022/23. We used 4 beds and the travel cot to fit us all in.
We loved the sense of space, quality furnishings, and peaceful location.
Actually easy to spot/get to using G- Maps.
Eleri left us a NYE themed chocolate cake, a bottle of fizz, fresh eggs, snacks, and a pre-lit oil burner! We were able to get moved in and start having fun in minutes! This host really knows her stuff!
3-bedroom cottage doesn't really do justice - the huge dine-in kitchen, huge living room, boot room, high ceilings, and a couple of nooks/corridors make it feel (at least) like you are in a 4-bed home.
Would recommend highly and will definitely consider staying again in the next year. Well worth it.

Eleri is a super host, she greeted us upon arrival and left us a number of goodies so kind.
The barn itself is immaculate, beautifully decorated with so many lovely touches.
We enjoyed a relaxing weekend here. The views amazing and the boys took full advantage of the fields outside for football.

We had amazing couple of days in this very secluded place with stunning views . Property is absolutely spotless and well furnished. Beds were extremely comfortable . Kitchen was supplied with extra goodies which we didn't expect but loved it all.
After we got there we wished our trip was planned for more days to enjoy the tranquility of this place
We are very grateful to have found this and would love to visit again.

What an absolutely amazing place! We could not have found a better view of the spectacular Welsh countryside, it’s stunning beyond words. Y Beaudy bungalow was extremely tidy and comfortable, and Eleri was a lovely host. This place made us fall in love with Wales. Before we left, we were already talking about a return visit to Y Beaudy. Five stars just isn’t enough.

The 5 night stay in this most beautiful property massively exceeded our expectations, we wanted for nothing the kitchen was fully equipped with all the appliances you require and furnished with a huge dining table. All the beds were extremely comfortable, both bathrooms are complete with large showers and one has a bath. The views from the front patio area, which is huge, are breathtaking and the furniture here is of the same high quality as everything inside. The hostess Eleri was marvellous and was the icing on the cake, she even left for us a wonderful homemade chocolate cake and 6 free range eggs all of which were ‘double yolkers’…. we loved it and cant imagine anyone thinking differently |

Eleri, you were so friendly and helpul. We have really enjoyed our week in your lovely cottage. It's positioned brilliantly for accessing the beach ( Barmouth ), walks (Aran Mawddwy, Ann Griffiths trail ), bike rides ( Lake Vyrnwy & Mawddach trail ) and other local family activities including the craft centre in Coris. We were so lucky with the weather, having just 1 afternoon of rain! The children loved playing in the field and we all enjoyed watching the aerial display by the wonderful Red Kites on a number of afternoons. Your cottage is very well looked after, spacoius, super clean and welcoming. Thank you.

The accomodation has exceeded our expectations - you've thought of everything! We love the peace and quiet: we'd like to take the views home with us. We've manged to pack a lot into our short break: The lLanfair Light Railway and Pontcysyllto Adueducts are both musts. The views and bridge at Lake Vyrnwy are stunning. Good thing we've done a lot of walking so we didn't feel guilty about tucking into Eleri's chocolate cake! many thanks.

The place was spotless which was great. I did see other people had said that previous which was one reason I choose cottage but it really was spotless. We really had a great week here. You made sure we knew the best places to go to and you made sure we were happy. We will definately be back again!!

The view from the windows is an added bonus and the owners do everything one can think of to make one feel welcome and at home. Enjoyed a swim at the leisure centre at Welshpool and a play in the park behind it (can't be seen from the car park! ) went to Dingle nursery had a ride on the little train and Harold and Arthur loved looking at Gwynne,s lorries!!
